Every child is talented in some area. It is extremely important to identify hidden talents in child as early as possible; Right approach is needed to bring out the hidden talents. Talent Treasure Hunt Foundation (TTHF) is making an every effort to provide JOY OF GIVING equal opportunity to underprivileged children under the flagship programme of OAT and INSAF in academic and non academic field or take advantage of any opportunities provided in the school due to fund crunch.
Talent Treasure Hunt Foundation (TTHF) realized while surveying that individuals /corporate/ trusts come forward for donating school fees, uniforms, school kits, books etc but we rarely see that they are coming forward for shaping up their future.
TTHF is pioneering into the realm concerning national interest making all efforts to tap the versatile talent from economic weaker section of the society irrespective of their caste, creed, religion, language, sex or other discriminating factors by facilitating all support, promoting their talent by exploring opportunities for them. TTHF provide holistic development to underprivileged students under Flagship Programme:
A) Olympiad Aptitude Test (OAT)
B) INSAF’ - (I-Identifying Talent, N-Nurturing, S-Sustaining Talent, A-Accomplish Talent, F-Fructifying Talent) - Thematic Cycle of TTHF.
Under above mentioned flagship programme we support multiple talents and we specifically focus on:
- Supporting and promoting girls talent.
"When you support a talented man, you promote talent in an individual and when you support a talented woman, you promote multiple talents in an entire family."
- Supporting and promoting tribal talent.
"India is a home to a large variety of indigenous people. The tribal population represents one of the most economically impoverished and marginalized groups in India. With a population of more than 10.2crores, India has the single largest tribal population in the world. This constitutes 8.6 per cent of the total population of the country (Census of India, 2011). TTHF is putting all its effort to pull out the talents from tribal belt of India."
- Promoting skill based talents among youths.
"With 356 million 10-24 year-olds, India has the world's largest youth population despite having a smaller population than China, a latest UN report said on Tuesday.Nov 19, 2014. TTHF is making every effort to tap the young versatile talents and offers them a wide range of skill based opportunities that cover the entire gamut of youth development. Youth can either choose to work on an existing system or can implement a new project in a focus skill based TTHF ensures that necessary support and guidance are made available to the youths."
- Internship program for youths.
"TTHF advocates and encourage for internship programs for under privileged students at multiple area/ sectors. TTHF is tying up with various corporates, institutes, and industries for this noble cause. Apart from the above area, TTHF also work on following area."
- Impact Assessment of any programs / projects.
- Midterm or end term evaluation of any programs / projects.
Professionals of TTH Foundation are having more than 20 years of experience in Development and Corporate Sector with various renowned organisation's like World Bank, TERI, UNICEF, Mission for Vision primarily in the areas of Water, Sanitation, Education, Health and Hygiene, MCH and Disability. They have successfully planned, implemented, monitored and evaluated important programs/ projects like: SWAJAL, Jalnidhi , Swajaldhara, Sarv Siksha Abhiyan, Total Sanitation Campaign, Community Led Total Sanitation, etc.
